Kiss was selected by the American Association of Museums (AAM) as one of the four best-curated exhibitions in North America during 2005.

This exhibition focused on the “art” of kissing that revealed just how charged the perfect kiss becomes not only when received within the arms of a skilled lover, but also when employed as metaphor by these talented artists: Janine Antoni, Tracy Baran, Nikki S. Lee, Andy Warhol, Patty Chang, Roy Lichtenstein, Gran Fury, Alfred Eisenstaedt, Joe Fig, Vik Muniz, and Carolee Schneemann.
